Peristaltic dosing pump with speed control for continuous and reliable dosing of flocculants or other chemicals.
Peristaltic pumps operate on the displacement principle: rotating, spring-loaded rollers press a hose against a wall, forcing the liquid in the hose ahead of the roller out while simultaneously drawing in liquid behind the roller. They are insensitive to dirt and air inclusions in the liquid, making them particularly reliable, especially for small dosing capacities. Additional advantages include virtually silent operation and simple control. Dosing speed is set by direct capacity entry in ml/h.
