Saunabrew Sauna Scents

These natural cotton bags are filled by hand with 100% natural dried herbs. They contain no artificial additives.

To prepare the sauna herbs for infusion on the sauna stove, first choose the desired herbs/scent. Place the bag in a sauna bucket filled with hot water and let it steep for 15 to 20 minutes (just like tea). Remove the bag from the water and squeeze it out into the bucket. You are now ready for the infusions.

Let the bag dry slowly; you can use it 2 to 5 times depending on the strength of your infusions.

The solution can also be used to pour over skin and hair for a relaxing feeling and soft skin.
