An inverter heat pump is a specific type of swimming pool heat pump with a variable speed. Because a heat pump is purchased to achieve maximum savings, we only sell inverter heat pumps.
Thanks to this variable speed, you are able to save significantly on your energy costs.
A traditional on/off heat pump always runs at full capacity, even though this is not at all necessary in most situations. An inverter heat pump is much smarter and more efficient. Because it is always on, this type of heat pump detects when the water temperature drops sooner. It can then bring the water temperature back up to the desired level with minimal power. This ensures higher efficiency and therefore significant energy savings, even compared to standard heat pumps.
With a heat pump, the rule is SIZE DOES MATTER. With a larger heat pump, you can save more, the pump is quieter, and you have a longer swimming season.
Example:
The Inver-X 13 kW is sufficient for a 60 m3 pool, and a 22 kW can handle up to 100 m3, but it can heat a 60 m3 pool much more economically and offer a longer swimming season.
| Model | Inver-X 22 kW | Inver-X 14 kW |
| Noise level at 1 meter dB(A) | 41.3 dB(A) at 30% speed 44.4 dB(A) at 50% speed |
42.0 dB(A) at 50% speed 47.7 dB(A) at 80% speed |
| COP at 26 degrees | 15 at 30% speed | 11.5 at 100% speed |
| Usability | 6 to 10 months per year | 3 to 5 months per year |
