If your product has become defective or you have received your product in a defective state, please contact us.

Wrong item received - When you receive your order, always check whether you have received the same product that you ordered. If this is not the case, we request that you notify us immediately.

Right of withdrawal - You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount, including any shipping costs. The shipping costs you incur for returning the item will not be reimbursed.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Alternatief vof with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at verkoop@alternatief.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has been received back in good order.
