This HPA lamp is used in the Philips Innergize and Hapro Innergize units as a tanning lamp. This lamp is the successor to the Philips CLEO HPA Synergy 300W lamp.

The dots on the lamp disappear after first use, which is how you can tell that the lamp is new.
The length of this lamp is 10.4 cm.
Philips has ceased production of these lamps, and production has been taken over by iSOLde Licht GmbH. Therefore, if you currently have a Philips Cleo HPA Synergy 300W lamp in your Innergize, you can replace it without issue with an iSOLde Licht Cleo HPA 400 S lamp. This is exactly the same lamp, only now sold under the name iSOLde Licht.

The small lamp behind the long gold-colored lamp is the lamp responsible for tanning (iSOLde Licht CLEO HPA Synergy 300w). The long gold-colored lamp is the infrared lamp; this lasts for approx. 2000 hours.
