Please note: you cannot simply replace the remote:
The remote is V4.xxx, which means it can only be directly exchanged with the same software version V4.xxx
If you have a spa with Rev B (see the blue sticker on the metal bracket on the circuit board in the control box at the bottom of the spa), the software for both the Dock and the Control box must be updated
If you have a spa with Rev A, the software for the Control box must be updated and you must replace the Dock WG (#78509).

PLEASE NOTE: This is a discontinued product; when it is no longer available, the Dock and the Remote must be replaced with #77433
