Every HotSpring® spa is insulated with multiple layers of high-density, closed-cell polyurethane foam to ensure maximum energy efficiency and quiet operation. Furthermore, every HotSpring® spa comes standard with a deluxe insulated cover, manufactured from the most durable and water-resistant vinyl, which seals your spa completely to maintain heat. Our unique heated air induction design draws warm air from the equipment compartment and injects it back into the spa through the jets. This is in contrast to other hot tubs, where cold air continues to circulate during use.
Durable Design
Twenty-four internal stress points are reinforced within every HotSpring® spa cover. Additionally, an aluminum stiffener ensures maximum strength with minimum weight to support the center of the cover. Four layers of double-stitched vinyl add further strength and durability. On top of this, the heavy-duty handles are reinforced with five layers to ensure long-lasting use. Every HotSpring® cover features exclusive handles to guarantee sturdiness and to facilitate the installation of the HotSpring® cover systems.
