Furthermore, every HotSpring® spa comes standard with a deluxe insulated cover, crafted from the most durable, water-resistant vinyl, which fully seals your spa to retain heat. Our unique heated air induction design draws warm air from the equipment compartment and injects it back into the spa through the jets. This is in contrast to other hot tubs, where cold air continues to circulate during use.
Durable Design
Twenty-four internal stress points are reinforced within every HotSpring® spa cover. In addition, an aluminum stiffener ensures maximum strength with minimum weight to support the center of the cover. Four layers of double-stitched vinyl add further strength and durability. On top of this, the extra-sturdy handles feature a five-layer reinforcement to guarantee long-lasting use. Every HotSpring® cover is equipped with exclusive handles to ensure sturdiness and to facilitate the installation of HotSpring® cover systems.

Recognized Safety
Reinforced and adjustable straps help you securely lock your spa and include child-resistant safety locks that can be locked with a key. Every HotSpring® cover is UL-classified and complies with ASTM safety standards.
