The innovative and patented polymer fiber filter consists of a combination of different polymer fibers with various surface structures and special fiber cross-sections based on the latest scientific insights.
The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the surface area of the filter media.
The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer outer layer. The balls nest together to form a consistent filter bed. We have also developed the fiber fixation DyFix®, which provides an unusually high particle retention and deep penetration of particles into the filter medium bed to achieve excellent filtration results.
