Automatic heater guard system for sauna heaters with switch-off function.
If an object is placed on the heater guard rail (e.g., a forgotten towel), the rail bends downwards, and the heater may not start or the heating process is interrupted. As soon as the object is removed, operation is automatically resumed.
New improved design with internal switch – simpler, less installation effort on-site. The system consists of the stainless steel rail (frame) and a metal housing with the integrated switch-off mechanism.
For installation on the sauna wall above the heater (type W). Installation on a free-standing heater (type F) is also available upon request. Thanks to the five different rail sizes, the system fits all EOS heaters.
The EOS heater guard rail is an approved, standard-compliant safety solution (according to EU 60335-2-53). It can be used for sauna cabins with remote control or remote operation and reduces the risk of a sauna heater being switched on in an unsafe state (e.g., a towel on the heater).
The heater guard rail is strongly recommended as a safety solution, for example when using an SBM App module for remote control of the sauna via smartphones/tablets.
Compatible with all EOS control units and almost all sauna heaters.
